Policies

  • Deposits are required before a booking is confirmed, I will hold your space for 24 hours, if the deposit isn’t received by then your space may no longer be available.

    Deposits are deducted from the final fee of the tattoo, the rest of the payment is due at the time of the appointment.

    Deposits are NOT REFUNDABLE. I do allow one reschedule without requiring a new deposit as long as I am notified at least one week (7 days) before the scheduled appointment. If I am not notified before then, a new deposit will be required in order to reschedule the appointment. This is to protect my time since last minute cancellations are harder to fill.

    If I cancel or reschedule the appointment due to personal reasons, you can either use your deposit for a new appointment date or have the deposit returned to you.

    I do reserve the right to cancel the appointment without returning the deposit if I am treated with hostility or lack of respect.

    I also reserve the right to cancel an appointment without returning the deposit if I am asked to make drastic changes more than twice, or without enough notice prior to the appointment.

  • Custom designs are usually sent to clients 2 or so days before the appointment, this is to offer the chance for changes. I allow one larger rework (meaning changes to the positioning, layout, etc, this does not mean the entire tattoo design and concept) and after, one round of minor changes after that without any additional fees.

    If more changes than that are asked for I will charge a fee of £100 per hour. I also reserve the right to deny the appointment if too many changes are asked for or if the design is completely changed without advanced notice. Canceling the appointment for these reasons will not result in a returned deposit, rescheduling will require a new deposit be paid since I have already spent time drawing and designing, and am now needing to fill a last minute appointment space.

  • I recommend arriving about 10 minutes ahead of your appointment to fill out our form and use the restroom. Anyone 15 minutes or more late may be denied their appointment. If we do go ahead with the appointment late fees may be charged at £50 per 30 minutes (each quarter hour is rounded up to the nearest half hour ex) 15-44 min late is a £50 late fee, 45-74 min late is £100 late fee, etc) which will be added onto the total of your tattoo appointment cost.

    If your appointment is denied your deposit will not be refunded and rescheduling your appointment will require a new deposit.

  • I do not use Ai to create my designs, I use photos, collaging, and drawing in order to achieve my designs and I greatly appreciate if you do not send me ai designs. I am artistically and ethically against the use of Ai for tattoos and all forms of art, and I prefer the creative process to be more free and unencumbered by the ideas Ai images can implant into clients vision of their tattoo.

  • Each client is allotted a free consultation per design idea if necessary. If the client no shows the consultation or cancels with short notice the next consultation may require a £30 fee.

    I am most easily contacted via booking form, email or instagram DM. Please know I often do not respond Sunday-Tuesday as I am tattooing in the studio those days. I will likely respond to you Wednesday-Saturday, please allow 48 hour response times even on those more available days, especially for initial enquiry responses.

    When I am on holiday response times may be delayed.

  • Item description
